You will be eligible to load your Wallet through online payment methods (as more particularly set out on our Website and App) including but not limited to international and domestic debit cards, credit cards.
If you erroneously processed a payment for the wrong amount while loading and/ or recharging your Wallet, your only recourse shall be to directly contact the merchant through whom such payment was made and ask them to refund the amount. kiwEV reserves its right to not be a party to any such dispute.
You expressly agree that any amount in your Wallet can only be redeemed to avail the charging facilities (“Services”) and/ or any other service that kiwEV may in its sole and exclusive discretion choose to offer.
All payments made by you and processed through the Wallet as a payment option for the Services availed by you shall be final and kiwEV shall not be responsible for any error and/ or omission by you. In the event that a wrongful deduction has been made from the Wallet, upon verification, kiwEV may re-add the deducted amount to the extent of the wrongful deduction back to the Wallet, which may be done by kiwEV in its sole and exclusive discretion.
After you have availed the Services and made a payment for the same through the Wallet, it is expressly understood and agreed to by you that, the balance amount in your Wallet (“Balance”) shall not be refunded and/ or returned to you in any case whatsoever subject to the exception as set out above, i.e. if a wrong transaction was made by you in which case you would be required to contact the merchant without any recourse to kiwEV. The Balance can be used to avail the Services by loading and/ or recharging the Wallet but shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be transferred back to your bank account, the source account through which it was received and/ or any other user’s Wallet.
